Lemongrass (Cymbopogon citratus) is known for its bright, citrusy aroma. Found in both the West Indies, Guatemala and India, this herb is popular for use both in cosmetics and culinary uses. Lemongrass is also well known for its use as an insecticide (natural). Lemnograss is said to be great for those prone to acne and oily skin as it helps to regulate the sebum being produced by the skin. A wonderful astringent to use in helping to keep the skin clear.
